The Potomac Highlands District United Methodist Women met on May 20, 2010, at the Trinity United Methodist Church, Fort Ashby, WV for their annual "Day Apart." Past District Presidents as well as those members of the District who passed away during the years were honored. 102 United Methodist Women attended the event which was themed "Walking in Love."

scholarship check on January 4, 2010 from the Rev. Charles W. & Olive Paskel Seminary Scholarship Fund toward her costs in attending seminary school.
